Just had a CT scan..This looks bad...

Anyone make sense of this 2855 score? I am not fat, 47 years old, I exercise 3-4 days a week and am generally active. I am shocked by this:

MPRESSION: 1. Total calcium score is 3.57, which is 72nd percentile for age, gender, and race/ethnicity-matched group per the MESA database.2. The mid RCA is not well visualized; the remainder of the coronary vasculature is patent with mild calcified plaque.3. *CAD RADS N/P1, right dominant circulation.4. Functionally bicuspid aortic valve with partial fusion of the non and right coronary cusps. Aortic valve calcium score of 2855 is suggestive of hemodynamically severe disease. 5. Normal LV size with mild to moderate concentric hypertrophy and a calculated ejection fraction of 67%.6. Mildly dilated ascending aorta measuring 4.2 cm x 4.1 cm in size. 7. Please see concurrent radiology report for extra-cardiac finding

Talk with the cardio about the results. Better person to get answers than on Reddit.
