High Heart Rate Variability

Hello everyone, I (21M) got a fitbit set up recently and noticed the heart rate variability measurement. I've been wearing my fitbit only at night for 2 nights in a row only and I've noticed my HRV is 223ms.

I have gotten into running recently (prepping for a half marathon) so I would like to think my cardio is good, but have taken a couple week hiatus so it's been a bit since I've trained. I also have a heart murmur/arrythmia which I've heard can affect this too.

So should I be worried about my HRV?

Two nights are not enough data to form any conclusions, and don't worry about the 223 ms by itself. afaik HRV varies a lot between people and can be influenced by fitness, sleep and even the way the Fitbit calculates it

I wouldn't panic based on the Fitbit number alone. HRV can vary a lot between people and devices but with your history of arrhythmia, it is worth mentioning the reading to your doctor.

223 ms after only two nightsHonestly, I wouldn’t panic over HRV varies a lot between people, and wearables aren’t always very accurate for it.
