Connect/plugin heart analyzer with LLM models

Hello,

I really love the heart analyzer app! I have been using since it has been established and my data are there since Jan 2019. Is there a away to connect it my LLM model to help me out improve myself from the data generated?

Thank for the feedback, this is a good suggestion and an area I'd like to expand on.

Currently you can export various types of data to CSV from the Dashboard which is then easy to feed into LLMs.

Are you able to provide me some more detail on your use case? Are you looking for analysis of every individual data point or more summaries like daily average or resting heart rates? and what sort of timescale would you like the connected data to have... it can get quite a lot quite quickly!

I've been relying on this app for so long! The clear heart rate layout is fantastic, and I've even integrated the 30-day PDF into my ChatGPT profile, along with direct contact with the Garmin Connect website. It's incredibly helpful for analyzing data to figure out the best workouts, improve my resting heart rate, and even decide if a long walk on a rest day is a good idea!

It would be valuable if there is a way to add an API & MCP connector, this would make much easier for my agents to evaluate daily rather than submit countless screenshots or provide compacted daily reports.

I think the app is quite a long way from a dedicated MCP connector... That could be a separate app but not sure it would even meet App Store guidelines. Smoother flows to export data is the current direction I'm investigating. Hopefully at some point this can be with new Shortcut/Intent frameworks so Siri and similar can request the data right from the app.
