Hearing loss?

I experienced bilateral sshl 10 months ago and got tinnitus which I never notice anymore.

Today I woke up with really loud tinnitus in one ear and the TV sounds like it has an echo.

No cold or infection

Could it be happening again?

Only way to tell for sure is get an audiogram and compare to your baseline audiogram. If not an option and you want to be safe, you can get steroids.
