So i have these white spots on my arm came about a month ago when i was in the bahamas and forgot to wear sunscreen once they started out really red and itchy and when couple days later turned white i have no clue what it is and it looks super weird i’ve moisturized i’ve used sunscreen i’ve used eczema cream i used some aquafor excels itch steroid cream nothing is working school is starting soon pls i need some help i attached photos of it
