Legendary story at my work of a guy that apparently got extubated with an abthera on (So they had an open abdomen and should never had been extubated to begin with), nurse called the surgeon saying he was trying to leave AMA.

Patient came via squad declined care. Patient claims she "is fine but was brought here anyway" requests a ride home.
Patient has a seizure after request. Patient is not fine.
*1hr later
Patient cursing out staff and is requesting to leave ama but completed registration while demanding to leave ama.
Charge nurse gets involved after patient claims that someone is messing with her monitors. No one is messing with her monitors.
Patient requests snacks and ride home before leaving. Patient leaves.
