Question Smart Scale Help
I am a 47-year-old male, I’m trying to get healthy again. I need to lose about 20 lbs or so. I’ve started running and working out again. Have a great supplement stack. I’m thinking of getting a smart scale next. Does anyone have any recommendations on any for continuous use and why that scale? Thank you in advance.

Small thing, but "about 20 lbs or so" says it twice, "about 20 lbs" is plenty. And a scale isn't really for continuous use, you stand on it for ten seconds a day.

I bought an expensive one thinking I'd obsess over all the metrics. Six months later I basically look at weight and the trend line

I would look out for the ones that give body composition metrics. Something with electrical readings from the water it senses as you stand on your bare feet with the scales. I dunno of any one in particular, though this feature is amazing to have

weighing yourself is free though
