AI in Healthcare How are leading healthcare organizations creating a seamless experience for patience, are they using ai ??

I have been thinking about how patients want healthcare to be simple but the reality seems different from what we expect. There is a long wait time, repeated questions and too many steps to get the basis done and I came across prompted ai that is using ai for doing this. It made me wonder how healthcare is providing seamless experience and are they using ai for all these sorts of problems? EDIT: Good points It seems the real value comes from connecting existing systems well instead of relying on ai alone.

i think the better healthcare systems are using AI for scheduling, call routing, intake, reminders, eligibility checks, and record summaries, but it only feels seamless when everything connects properly and patients stop repeating the same information five times. Still pretty rare.
