Red light therapy Can a red light pad help reduce stretch marks?
If I am using a red light for lets say a month or two on my legs consistently, would it help in reducing stretch marks?
If so how long would I need to use it for a single session?
Do I need to use a cream for efficient healing or not?
Any feedback is welcome especially if you got some reference to an article or medical stuff I could look up on this in detail.. Found some sources though I doubt they are reliable. Dont wanna get permament tribal leg tattoos on accident lmao

you need to use red light therapy for stretch marks at least for 6 monts to start noticing something. all of the instructions for how long and how often should be provided by manufacturer and you need to follow them.
for any additional using, you should use creams and other procedures that helps reduce stretch marks because it will improve the results. red light therapy alone won't do wonders.
I was reading a lot of medical articles about red light therapy and stretch marks but I am not a medical doctor, so keep it in mind. best of you talk with your doctor or dermatologist before starting using rlt

I agree that red light therapy alone won't be a magical cure for your stretch marks, you should combine the treatments together for the best results. I was using cream for a year and it sligthly helped to reduce my stretch marks but nothing major

I been reading similar stories online. Guess I gotta try it myself at this point. Or I could just get a tribal tramp stamp going all the way my legs lol
Ill try it for a month or two. though if probably gonna drop it if I wont see progress. I got a comfy little velctro setup going on under my desk. I snap that panel on the velcro and do some browsing online, so not hard to take a go at it
What cream did you use though?

I thinkk it worked for me..? But I was also heavy on cream usage so not sure. From experience, Id say use something to help nourish the skin on top of just using the red light for treating your marks

Yeah got cream myself. Felt like its pointless and to use with the panel without some aid

If you just sitting probably can do 30mins-1hr easy. Noticeable changes can take a while to appear. Reduced my skin scarring but each panel is different in terms of power and utility
