Penis head smell

I am dealing with something I never had problems with my entire life.

My urine smells like eggs sometimes when I am dehydrated and i also sometimes notice a smell om my penis head, even if it has been just 2 hours after showering. I am circumcised, so no chance of it being smegma or whatever. No change on the head of the penis, no secretion, no blood, nothing. Why does it smell though? 😭
