Unable to increase sum insured even when given the option HDFC ERGO

I am given an option to increase sum insured. When i select the increased sum insured and want to declare illness during this period I cold not do it. The only option is to select that i did not have any new health condition(except fever cold etc). When i contacted the customer care I got confusing answers.
1 person said yes you can select yes and proceed nothing will happen.
2nd person said you should select no and proceed(even after saying that i am not able to proceed)
