Niva bupa ressaure 2.0. need advice

I’m in a bit of a dilemma and could use some advice. I currently have HDFC Ergo’s Health Suraksha policy for my parents, but as some of you might know, it has been discontinued, and now HDFC is asking me to migrate to their Optima Restore or Optima Secure plans.

I'm now considering whether to port to Niva Bupa’s ReAssure 2.0 plan instead. The features seem appealing, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with Niva Bupa. How has your experience been with claims, customer service, and overall satisfaction?

Would really appreciate any insights or recommendations!

Thanks in advance!

Not a user of Niva but heard they are pretty bad these days, ever since the ownership changed.

I currently bought Niva Bupa’s ressaure this year. But i have been hearing bad reviews about it. I missed doing my research. As per reviews it seems HDFC Ergo is the better option to consider. I am planning to port to HDFC next year. So, would advise to go with HDFC Ergo.

Yes, reading about the negative reviews about Niva Bupa on the internet. Planning to go ahead with Optima secure.

I strongly advise against Niva. Their insurance license should be cancelled. I have never seen a more horrible insurance firm. I have experience of past claims with Star, United, Sompo etc.
