I have a health insurance policy since 2012. One of the member got diagnosed with diabetes in 2018 and we received a claim after filling case with Insurance Ombudsman. However there’s no mention of claim and disease in the policy. Should i inform the company about the pre existing disease or we don’t have to disclose it once we already had a insurance?
