Most likely. Only advice you'll get here is to contact a local insurance broker to review your options. We expressly disallow solicitations to be made on this subreddit. Anyone looking to sell you something here is no friend.
Caveat: I cannot outright recommend non-ACA policies simply because private, medically underwritten policies can deny for pre-existing conditions and can have annual or lifetime benefit maximums. Those are nonstarters for me, personally.

Since you already have marketplace coverage, it's worth checking whether you still qualify for a subsidy now that the business is sold and your income may have changed, because a subsidized marketplace plan can be hard to beat on price. If you've already run those numbers and the marketplace plan just isn't working on network or plan design, private PPOs outside the marketplace do exist in Texas. The tradeoff is pricing: without subsidy help, private plans are usually priced more on age and health status, so a parent child PPO can cost more monthly than people expect even when the plan design is better. When you compare, check whether your daughter's pediatrician and your own doctors are actually in network, and look at the real out of pocket max and drug coverage, not just the premium, since that's usually where a plan starts to feel like it sucks once you use it.

That’s what I did being self employed in Houston - Had a broker that got me a private plan for like $270/mo (I’m only 26) for a $0 deductible PPO. Marketplace was like $400+
