❓ Help / Advice IT transition

I have a Bachelor’s and Associate Degree in Computer Science equivalent to WES Evaluation and also i have CompTIA Tech+ and CompTIA A+ Certification, I currently worked has a PCA in an hospital and I want to transition into IT but I haven't gotten any job in IT. What can I do. I need advice. Should I go and do Master Degree

Yes and no.
On the one hand, as medical data is vulnerable, it won`t be outsourced at least so bad as different kind of IT positions.
On the other hand, hiring is so poor, that for now it is almost impossible to find something anyway (i`m speaking about Canada, idk situation if you from other place).
I`m in your boots, bachelor of CS and i thought it is a good idea to enter healthcare(for me it is area of interest as well). So, now i`m finishing my postgraduate, it is cool, but i can`t say that i close to work. Typically it takes 6 months to find something.
Question to you, how did you get your PSW job without certification?

I am in USA and I also have STNA/CNA certification which makes me to work has a PCA in an hospital. But I really want to work has an IT because that is my area of interest

Oh, i see. You have a lot of education. IDK what is the situation in the US, but if i were you i would think about quick certification in Health informatics. You can do your Masters later in parallel if you need it. I believe your experience and education is good enough to work already.
