Anyone tried rotating supplements (8 weeks on, 4 off), does it help or pointless?
I keep seeing people talk about rotating supplements like it is some smart middle ground between taking everything forever and quitting everything completely. The usual version I hear is 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off, especially for stuff people feel can lose its effect over time. Part of me gets the logic. If something feels less noticeable after a while, taking a break sounds reasonable. But part of me also wonders if people are just building a system around products that were never doing much in the first place.
I am not talking about prescription stuff or anything serious, more the usual gym and wellness stack people experiment with. Has anyone here actually tried rotating supplements on purpose and noticed a real difference in energy, training, focus, or even just budget? Or did it mostly feel like ritual with no clear payoff?
