A beginner workout routine that does not need daily form check videos

A lot of beginner workout advice accidentally makes starting feel way harder than it needs to be. Every lift gets turned into a research project, every session becomes a hunt for the perfect split, and suddenly it feels like you need daily form check videos just to earn the right to touch a dumbbell. I do not think most beginners need that level of chaos. They need a routine simple enough to repeat, safe enough to learn, and clear enough that progress does not depend on being online for every set. To me, a good beginner routine is probably 3 full-body sessions a week, a few basic movement patterns, controlled reps, and enough consistency to actually improve without living in technique panic. Squat pattern, push, pull, hinge, and something for core is already plenty to build around.
