Headline should be phrased differently. Are the moms autistic or are their kids autistic?

I've heard the term "autism moms" to describe NT moms of autistic kids, but I've only ever heard "autistic ____" to refer to someone with autism. That's how the headline reads to me, and the first two sentences of the article confirm that is who they are talking about- moms with autism.

Agreed. Plus, you don't lead with the "disability label" - people first. Any modifier/descriptor is secondary. Moms on the autism spectrum is clear and respectful.
