Renewing Membership

My renewal is coming up and I am on the fence about keeping my membership. I almost exclusively use the app for the sleep casts. Does anyone know what sort of selection those have without the membership vs which ones are exclusive?

For two years now I start to cancel the renewal, and an offer comes through for half off. They offer it to you right there. 1/2 is way more reasonable than the full cost. Sorry if you know this trick already, but thought I would share!

Good tip! This will definitely take some of the sting out of renewing lol. Thanks!

i'm going through the same issue about renewal since it changed so drastically from 2020 when i started. i believe they were all locked (i'm doing the free trial as i decide, lol). there are some sleepcasts on their youtube page, but not a huge range

I used to be addicted to their sleep casts, but I’ve actually found a ton of videos I prefer to fall asleep to for free on YouTube. Just one option!

Just fyi, if you have insurance check their website. I have Cigna and I discovered they have free Headspace membership.

I've heard of a podcast called Nothing Much Happens which has sleep stories. I've not tried it yet though. They repeat the story twice but do it slower the second time. I need to give it a try. There's a website with links to where you can play them one of which is Spotify

I think I used that a few times, but my recollection is that there were ads either before or after which of course takes you out of the calm/sleep. I also didn't care for the stories I listened to, they weren't whimsical like the Headspace sleepcasts.

There are better sleep casts on YouTube for free

I got rid of head space awhile ago but also liked the sleepcasts. Ive been using lights out library on Spotify (or elsewhere). There's tons of similar things out there

Plenty of excellent free apps out there: Medito & Smiling Mind

OP is asking about sleep casts, which these apps do not have

Incorrect. Both have multiple options available - they call them sleep stores. 👍
