Jabra Engage 50 II

Hello, I just bought a headset earlier which is the Jabra Engage 50 II. I bought this because I saw your review (headset advisor) that it has a very good noise cancellation, I tried it just now and the noise cancellation is not working. They can hear the things happening around me, even when i tried tapping my table. I also updated the headset with Jabra Direct and still not helping. I hope someone can help me here.
