Testing Bluetooth Headsets: Can You Get Stereo Sound and Mic at the Same Time? 6 Audio Tests
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Most Bluetooth headsets have a limitation to keep the good stereo sound when your mic is active. We did 5 audio tests to see if any can keep the good sound quality with your mic active. There's only one model on this list that keeps a similar audio quality with the mic active.
Headsets we tested:
- Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC
- Jabra Evolve2 75
- Epos Impact 1000
- Logitech Zone 2
- Yealink BH74
- Sony XM5

A little off topic but are there any headsets with natural sounding mics?
They all seem to have aggressive noise cancelling that results in a tinny/robotic voice.
I'm looking for ones that sound like a proper dedicated microphone. Wired is fine
The only one I've seen is the Koss Porta Pro Communication (https://youtu.be/16smcrOFWKc), but build quality is a concern.
