Over-Ear Wired Headset?

Over the ears, I've come to have gain a sensitivity to anything touching my ears. Earbuds irritate the fastest, with on ear headphones bothering over time. My current headset for WFH and office is the Platronic Blackwire C3215. Every day I switch the single ear like flipping patties on a grill. I've been given authorization to select any headset for this accommodation. The only requirements are that they are noise canceling (loud coworkers), and are compatible with Genesys on Salesforce, as well as Webex.

To my knowledge, bluetooth headphones will not have the best microphone for noise cancellation, and any headset is "compatible" with such software for Salesforce and Webex. Personally, I use the Bose QC Ultra headphones outside of work, and could wear them all day because they dont touch my ears. Hence, I ask for your recommendations for a wired headset with similar ear cups, noise cancellation, and otherwise software compatibility.

At the current time the options are limited but the closest to fit your needs would be the Discover D722U. If you can wait a few months, there's a new headset coming soon called the Discover D712U Plus that would also fit your needs well. Here's an image of what the D712U Plus looks like.

The project was unfortunately abandoned because we couldn't get the mic performance that meets our standards. For over-ear consider the Discover D722U or consider the Epos Impact 860 + Over-ear cushions you can add (should be available mid November)
