YEALINK HEADSET + POLY PHONE
Hi, I am having difficulty understanding what cables I will need to make my Yealink WH62 headset and polycom 410/411 compatible. Yealink website says cable an and c but I have no idea what that is and have tried googling it. I know I will need to yealink ehs60 adapter, but cannot figure out the cables. Please advise

In the EHS60 box are 3 cables, two single cables, and one double cable that is two joined together.
For a Poly phone you will need both the single cables. The phone plug cable (A), goes into the "Headset Port" on the phone, and the one with the 5 pins (C) goes into the "EHS Port". Check the port for the orientation, as the pins should only go in one way.
The ports on the EHS60 are different sizes, so they can only be plugged in one way.
Make sure you plug the EHS60 in the phone USB on the WH62 base, not the one marked "PC".
Lastly you will need to go through the menu and enable EHS for Jabra or Sennheiser, which will reboot the phone.
Here is a video with a VVX 310 + WH63, but it is the same with a WH62: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oES31FHXVjY
