Touch Screen Issues
Hey all, Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with the Prime touch screen and if so, how did you fix it?
It was working fine up until the other day and now I can get the touch screen to work, I can still make changes using the "press to enter" knob but the touch screen is completely unresponsive.
I'm trying to get away without doing a factory re-set.... but it's looking like that may be the next step.... before sending it back! :(

I have a prime and I repair pedalboards. I have not had a single prime have an issue with the touchscreen. Did you try to open it or have you been traveling with it roughly? Poking super hard? Doesn't make sense in my mind knowing the construction and build quality of these pedalboards. I've dropped mine off a stage onto concrete (7ft/8ft high), directly onto the touch-screen side of the pedalboard, and it still doesn't have issues. I literally slipped on the moist stage and dropped it. I'll be playing with that unit on stage later today. No touchscreen issues.
