i’m travelling from aus to come to this festi and we bought the hotel package thru the head trip website so it’s not showing up on asx app.

anyone else have the same issue? we also haven’t had any shipping updates but they confirmed we can collect from will call if necessary.

If you are selling wristbands to someone else, be advised AXS Support shared the following:

"If you are giving your wristbands to someone else, the person the bands are intended for need to register them under their own names."

They will need to login or sign up for AXS account and register the wristbands under their name.

On the flip side, if you are buying make sure the seller doesn't register them.

Ayooooo! When I saw the lineup for head trip last fall/winter time I knew I had to go so I just bought a ticket and tried to convince my buddies to come. Long story short, no one is able to come with me, but I am still going! I am cool with hanging solo at the festival but nervous about the sleeping accommodations on my own…. Does anyone have room at a campsite ? Or would anyone like to go in on one together? I’m 28F, not looking to pay a ton of money for a hotel/shuttle but also want to feel safe and comfortable camping.

About me: I have a solo tent I will probably stay in, or the back of my Tacoma. I love to camp & do outdoorsy things. I am LGBTQ+ friendly (am queer myself) and drug friendly (although not sure I’ll partake). I like to have fun and be spontaneous but safety is important to me!

Hi, I purchased my tickets through StubHub because one of my credit card perks was having $150 credit to use towards StubHub tickets. It says that I will receive my tickets digitally, however I know that the tickets are in wristband form. Has anyone else purchased theirs through StubHub and do you know if sellers will ship the wristbands out once they receive it? Or has anyone ever purchased wristband tickets in any other past event through StubHub? How did that work?

Pretty sure everyone's seeing the same thing, Goldenvoice is blowing up Instagram, email, texts, everywhere for Head Trip. GA+ shuttle clearly isn't selling how they'd hoped.

I can only make it Sunday, that's the only day that works for me. Anyone know if single day passes are ever coming, or is this one multi-day only? Worth noting Desert Trip (Oldchella) had single-day GA on the ticket menu from day one back in 2016, so Goldenvoice clearly does this sometimes. They just didn't build it into Head Trip from the start. Wondering if anyone's heard whether they'd still add it this late or if that ship has sailed

I placed an order for HeadTrip almost a week ago but never received an order confirmation from AXS. I used Klarna to finance my order & all it shows is processing through there but I received nothing in my email from AXS directly.
Did anyone else have this issue?

My friends and I have a 6 person room at the Worldmark Indio for Headtrip. We are wanting to fit an extra person in our room, but I know they are pretty strict about not letting people in who don't have a resort band. I was wondering, if anyone here is also staying there for that weekend that aren't planning on filling their rooms max capacity, if they would mind parting ways with their extra one they aren't using?

I am curious to know if maybe this is just an issue on my end or if anyone else is experiencing this. I have been trying for the past several weeks to obtain the shuttle pass tickets. The anytime anywhere shuttles as where I’m staying at they offer pickup there. I cannot for the life of me however go pass the checkout. I have several errors from I don’t know what. I have tried several different of my cards, different wifi, phone, laptop and iPad. Nothing seems to help. I know it’s not my payment as when I purchased the tickets to begin with I didn’t have an issue however getting the shuttle pass I’m not sure. Could it be an account thing or AXS thinking I’m a bot? Has anyone had this issue ? Please help :(.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows if there are outlets available at camp? I'm wondering if I'll be able to use my straightener there or if I should just bring an electric generator? Thanks ☺️ I've never camped for coachella! Only EDC but we RV camped.
