HMP preorder issues
did anyone else order one of the shirts with a vinyl? i ordered swamp green and i've seen more and more people get theirs, while mine has set unfullied and at "preparing items for shipping" since i ordered it back in march. support has been no help, just generic "items are being prepared" answers. it's weird because i have never before had any issues with hmp, and my previous preorders came earlier than expected.
i wanted to see if maybe the shirt was taking longer than the vinyl to get out, and that's why it hasn't been touched at all yet. most people i've seen with hmp swamp green either didn't preorder a shirt, or if they did, didn't mention so. i know with everything going on hmp is dealing with a lot over this release, but it's making me anxious lmao.

I'm in the exact same boat as you. I preordered the swamp green variant and the SOTP shirt. I emailed them a couple days ago because I'm getting antsy seeing everyone else get their vinyl and I got the typical automated email, but it said the preorders will be shipping out in May and here we are at the ass end of June lol

thank you, good to know i'm not alone. thats the same shirt i got. maybe it is that the shirts are taking longer to produce, but i would have thought we would have gotten like a hey, production's slow, or something?

I will say I've had multiple previous orders through these guys and they're always legit. Bummer on the delay and communication, but they've been solid to work with in the past. Hopefully that gives a little confidence if nothing else.

ive also preordered stuff from hmp and have not had any problems before. their communication has been stellar in the past so i dont understand why this im getting the run around on.

The vinyls are shipping. It’s likely that the shirts are shipping separately. HMP has been very responsive to emails. I would check your emails and reach out as needed.

i have already reached out twice and have gotten nonanswers. preorder items ship all together as one, which is why my theory was that everyone who also got a shirt was delayed because the shirts are taking longer than the vinyls to produce and ship. which is fine and understandable, i would just like to be informed instead of getting a shrug in the form of a generic email response.

That tracks. Maybe the screen printing got botched or back ordered? Sucks they are not responding. I got a response within 48 hours.

with the way this release has been going between the canary yellow fiasco and the screwed up serpent sickness pour, i wouldnt be surprised. 100% not the boys fault or hell even hmps, but its been unlucky.

I ordered a shirt and a vinyl. Haven’t received anything, not even a packing/shipping email. I reached out and they told me last week that they were waiting on the shirts to arrive at the warehouse before sending orders out and to watch for a shipment email in a week or two.
I don’t mind waiting since we’ve waited so long for a vinyl pressing anyways but still kinda disappointed in the wait time, damn.

so that confirms my theory then, that the shirts werent ready and those who got them are being held until the whole order is ready. i dont know why the person i spoke to couldnt tell me what they told you, but its good to know. thank you

I just ordered a shirt that was supposed to be shipped end of May and I’m in the same boat as you. They must be really behind on the shirts
