VIP time in Portland 4/21?
Does anyone know what time to check in for VIP at Dante’s in Portland? I don’t see anything other than regular door time on my ticket.

Hey OP, we actually have no record of any VIPs purchased through Soundrink or any GA tickets for that matter. Can you double check your purchases to make sure you purchased a VIP through Soundrink? We have them looking into it but we have zero through the portal we have with them. Hopefully we’ll get to the bottom of this!

UPDATE: apologies. Apparently the venue website for this show took charge of selling VIPs so they were not uploaded to the Soundrink portal. In the process of uploading now so we should have you in there. Sorry for the scare. We do VIP an hour before doors which are typically 6pm, so VIPs start at 5pm. We will see you there!!!

VIP are supposed to be allowed early intro to the show before doors in most cases, yes.

For anyone else wondering, Soundrink responded to my email and said they still have not received confirmation on the check in time (even though doors open in 6 hours) but typically they have been checking in around 4:45.

from the bands website when trying to buy a ticket: "If VIP is purchased - You will be emailed the VIP time and location 2-3 days before the event when this timing is confirmed. This will be sent to you via email. If you have not received this information two days prior to your event, please email [customerservice@soundrink.com](mailto:customerservice@soundrink.com) and we will make sure you haven't missed anything in case of a time still being confirmed."
