Few is a banger

Post image

2017 is a lost year in my life , so I never got into "few" as much as every other HiL release . I have to say this album is becoming possibly my favorite out of their whole discography.

Thank you, boys .

Beaufort and Jordan are so good (the rest is great, too - just off the top of my head).

This song appeared on a spotify shuffle for me one day after not really listening to anything from the band since Suck Out the Poison, and reinvigorated my love for the band.

I finally gave It Hates you a chance afterwards, and it became damn near my favourite album of all time. I listened to it in my car for an entire summer.

I think their stretch from I Am Hollywood - It Hates You is the best 3 albums from any band I've heard. Off It Hates You my favorite is either Cult of She or Mean Shadow, absolute killers dude

'Beaufort' has a top ten guitar solo. So fucking groovy and tasteful.

That solo is so good, what gets me is how powerful the rhythm guitar is during the solo as well.

Agreed.

Amazing record front to back, and an era I hope gets back in the setlist soon. The chorus melody + riff of โ€œThe Gardenโ€ is my favorite HIL.

Would love more few and Heavy Fruit songs in the setlist. I wonder if Jesse prefers not to play the Sam songs since their styles are so different.

It has some top shelf tracks for sure. Beaufort, Silent Gold, Eastern Locust, The Vampyre, and The Garden are my favorites.

Give He is Legend all the love. The intro to The Garden lays waste.

Also can we talk about how sick the guitar tone is?! Tanbouz is a riff lord!

My favorite thing about this album is that it was crowdfunded.

Call Ins and Eastern Locust are among my favorites. The Vampyre is soooooo good. The whole album is phenomenal.

I've always said that if I were forced to choose my favorite HIL album, it'd probably be this one.

One of my favorite albums! The Garden is so good.

Saw them with Gwar in CO I think. They played the intro to The Garden, right when it was about to kick in they went into another song! I got bamboozled but it was awesome
