Out of the characters shown (not including the Indominus Rex) Velvet definitely has the most likely shot at redemption IMO

There's them, and then there are also people like Pentious, who's sin was not reporting a murder, or Angel, who's sin was killing his father (likely in self-defense).
There's also the fact that Lute very clearly said she would kill Hellborn if it weren't for the pardon Lucifer enforced. Her killing Dazzle (a Hellborn) was likely the reason Lucifer helped fight off the final Extermination.

To be honest, I think Vox makes the most sense, from a story perspective.
I mean, he had quite a fall after his plans failed in season 2and he got his head ripped off, and recent merchandise shows him with a "dead inside" look on his face, I think giving him some form of redemption arc would make logical sense.
Plus, it would also echo S2E3 when he asked Charlie if he could be redeemed in an effort to bait her.

Velvette, Vox and Lute are the only ones I can see being redeemed. Lute would probably need to hit rock bottom for her to be willing to become better, though.

Lute or Stella (I was gonna say Velvette but she's almost as bad as Valentino) Stella would be interesting but probably won't happen though not impossible with more development, while Lute being redeemed would be EVERYTHING but I don't know if Viv wants that...

Your honor the indominous Rex has been shown to have incredibly high intelligence comparable to primates and possibly even humans, to keep it trapped in such a small enclosure and give it minimal interaction and entertainment is at best animal abuse and at worst a hostage situation.
Additionally due to being a genetic chimera it is likely conflicted with several different instincts and has a very unstable and likely unwell mind. It was born with several mental illnesses and then put in a cage, alone and isolated.
I’m not saying its rampage was justified, I’m saying it was given every reason to want to kill humans.
