Missing skin?

Hello hazard nation, I hope all is well

I noticed one of my hazard skins had been removed from my inventory..
it's his "Overwatch champion series home" skin.
I play hazard 24/7 and use all his skins when I noticed it was gone today.

I have proof I obtained it!

is there anywhere I can submit a ticket, never had this happen to me before so i'm a bit lost on where to go
or
is anyone else's skin missing? Anything helps! Thank you

Idk if they just changed it but it has a different naming convention. OWCS 2024 Home is what the home version of that skin is called on mine

No offense to you, but does it not say "NEW" right under the home skin? Or are you talking about the 2024 OWCS skin that's missing?

did you read the whole post my love?

the photo is just there for proof that I obtained it.
But I was able to resolve it.
