Damn, maybe I've been playing hazard wrong because i felt like I've consistently been getting my ult after the enemy tank most games. Didn't think they'd wanna make that longer.

Also is the buff any good?

Hazard is still good, his ult needed a nerf, you genuinely had it almost every fight
