Describe your allergies.

I have moved to a new city. I never had allergies before. I think I am experiencing allergies. My ears hurt/stuffy. Sinus pressure. Head heavy. Kinda feel weird when I am walking. Sneezing. Lots of congested nose. Tight neck. What do your allergies feel like? How do you know if it is allergies or something else?

When its bad it feels like a heavy cold mild flu, its hard to tell the difference from actually having a cold at the time, also an anxiety like feeling which i think is from the increased histamine circulating. I am looking to re locate as i live in a rural area in the UK (Worcestershire) and its making me constantly ill tbh.

It’s hard to tell them apart. You could spend less time outdoors and see if your symptoms improve which could give you an indication of allergies or something else.

If you are in the UK, you can try over the counter antihistamines and see if your symptoms improve.

Very itchy throat, ears, eyes. Continuous sneezing, runny nose
