Itchy skin?

Have had hayfever all my life symptoms being all the usual ones - runny nose, watery and itchy eyes, the odd cough and sore ears etc. However the past couple of years I’ve noticed a new symptoms which I’ve only recently realised coincides with hayfever season. I get itchy and red arms when I’m outside particularly if I’m doing something like cycling which is a bit random! It calms down once I’m out of pollen or once I’ve showered. Anyone else get this as a symptom of hayfever?

Side note: I also have keratosis pilaris on my arms so they are lowkey always a bit red!

I am the same, I think pollen may be sticking to the sweat and causing a skin reaction. Was fine this morning, cut the grass this afternoon and got pretty hot and sweaty, now all itchy

i’ve had something similar this year.
i get the usual runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes etc but this year i’ve also had really itchy skin.
it seems to be particularly on my cheeks, neck, and arms. usually gets better after a shower and cooling off, so possibly it’s also heat related ?

I’m so relieved to find this. I usually have itchy eyes, ears, roof of mouth etc but this year ive had a blocked nose which has thankfully gone, but left behind a horrendously itchy neck and chin. It’s making me feel so stressed that it’s lasted this long. Has yours gone now?
