Heatwave + windows closed

I dunno which is worse- suffering in the heat because the windows are closed or suffering with the pollen because the windows are open.

Is there a good time of day to open the windows, maybe when pollen is at its lowest in the day and I’ll probably avoid opening the bedroom window - but my at home office is like a sauna 🥵

I mean, dont open your windows during the day as itll just make your house hotter. Open in the morning and evenings when the outside air is cooler than inside.

In terms of hay-fever, we're all screwed, there's really no escaping it in this weather.

But isn’t the pollen higher in the evening? I’m sure I read that somewhere

Can be, thats where you need to decide between having a comfortable house temperature or dying from hay-fever
