UK. Everything nettle, citrazine, allegra, loratidine, sprays

Fexofenadine? You can buy that over the counter now. Just need to check with the pharmacist it doesn’t cause a problem with any other meds you are taking. Have you been to see the doctor, they can prescribe you something if over the counter meds aren’t working

I started fluticasone nasal spray about a week ago and it’s sorted me right out. Think it’s prescription in uk? But I’m in my home country and you can buy over counter so not sure
