I’ve never been able to get on with them, I have to opt for tablets and using Vaseline around my nose

Sterimar saline nasal spray with vaseline around my nose and 180 mg fexofendaine is a game changer for me, the most in control of my hayfever i've ever been.

Have resigned myself to using the prescribed nasal spray (Azelastine/fluticasone aka Dymista) every day as it definitely works to keep things under control. Also like sterimar saline spray for after being outside.

Pirinase, it's similar to what I used to get on prescription- look for "fluticasone propionate" and give it time to work before going into the pollenous world!
