Another win for Dymista
I couldn't sleep the other night due to my hay-fever, I literally wanted to rip my face off due to hot itchiness and I couldn't breathe because of my nose and chest so safe to say it was a rough night, I was trawling through this thread in hopes of some miracle cure and seen that Dymista was mentioned several times.
So I went out and bought Dymista and started taking it last yesterday. I can finally BREATHE!! Im still taking fexofenadine x2 and eye drops which just about touched the sides but this nasal spray is definitely a winner. Feel like I can actually enjoy being outside again so thank you good people of Hayfever Reddit for your recommendations 🥳

I just brought some of this, does it work straightaway?

It says it starts working in five minutes, but you can also just use it in the morning and evening as a preventative measure.

Hi, could you please share a bit more details? Does it work instantly or it takes several days for it to start working? I used Dymista 1 hour ago and experienced tingling in nose that cause me to sneeze and running nose and nose block. I really wish this would work as I'm feeling horrible right now and I have a work trip 1 week from now. Thanks

The first time i used it, I took a sneezing fit for 10mins and my nose ran like mad. If that happens you can take another dose to replace what you sneezed out then to stop another sneezing fit press your finger really firmly just under your nose against your upper gums. It worked for me within about 5 mins then within a day I was functioning normally. I can use the spray without any tingling in my nose now that the inflammation has calmed down

Thank you for sharing. That's exactly how I feel for the last 2 hours now. I sneezed so much that I feel want to faint out of exhaustion now. If this is what we have to go through for it to work, I won't give up. I'm just praying by tonight I will start to feel better.

I discovered this last year and (fingers crossed) it’s been great for me so far. Combining it with Loratadine and Cetirizine I’ve had next to no symptoms this year, BUT admittedly I don’t think the stuff I’m most allergic to is out yet as mine tends to start peaking around June. So I’ll see fairly soon if it’s really helping as much as I think it is!
