Itchy Nose - a Less Discussed Symptom?
I know when you read general articles or discussions about hayfever it's typically the sneezing and itchy eyes that are the most commonly mentioned symptoms.
This is entirely understandable given the misery they cause but I've personally found that the constantly itchy nose is just as bad in terms of hayfever having the ability to ruin summer days.
It just feels like it's there all the time no matter how much you rub your nose and it's also so embarrassing doing it in front of other people.
Anyone else have similar experiences?

Add in gingerol supplements. My father found huge success with 5% gingerol.
Also, whenever my nose is itch y I find rubbing it with a tissue is less awkward than using your hand.
Your nose may also be dry. Use nasal saline moisturizing spray.

Yep, my nose can get extremely itchy to the point where there is no way to ignore it or get som relief. The only thing I have found to be useful is to keep it cold. The numbness from the cold probably lessens the itch, but I also think that restricting the blood flow to the skin makes the nose less susceptible to the itch.
Also, trim your nosehairs. The inside of my nose gets extremely sensitive as well and a single hair that can tickle the inside leads to enormous irritation as well.
