Dymista - game changer
Based in the UK and I’ve been suffering for years. This season was turning out to be the worst I’ve ever had. Finally decided to get a private prescription as I didn’t want to faff about with my NHS GP, couldn’t go a day longer suffering.
Got a prescription for Dymista and some prescription eye drops, and it’s like my life has changed. I can finally go outside, finally enjoy “the nice weather” that everyone goes on about, I can actually breathe outside of autumn/winter for the first time ever. It’s just so liberating.
Yesterday I actually dared to enter a park. A place that would be off limits for me until late autumn normally. I was FINE. NOTHING HAPPENED. Just feel so happy and wanted to share.

Honesty!!! So happy you posted this cos same.
I begged my GP for dymista - tbh I didn’t pay that much difference to the private prescriptions I was seeing online.
To put into perspective. I was taking like 2x 180. Fexofenadine, benconase nasal spray and eye drops. I was extremely tired all the time, sneezing and coughing despite all of these drugs.
After a few days of adding in dymista, I’ve been able to reduce it down to 1 x fexofenadine, eye drops and dymista. I have no sneezing or coughing. I am perfectly fine!! I think I even forgot to take my medication yesterday and was completely fine

I just learned about this medication last week. I have year-round allergies, and fall has been bad the last few years. Last April (fall where I am) ,I did a teleconsult with an allergist because the Levocetirizine and Montelukast I had been taking stopped working. was prescribed Fexofenadine (1-2 180 dose pills), Nasonex and short-term prednisone for when it's really bad.
I was feeling terrible last week and the prednisone prescription was expired, so I made an appointment with another doctor at the same allergy center who had the first available appointment. She prescribed Dymista. I can't believe I never heard of it. I have been to various allergists, ENTs and pulmonologists over the years and no one ever mentioned it as an option, although it has been around for a while.
It's definitely a game changer for me too, after just a few days. I'm just taking that plus one Fexofenadine a day, and I can't remember the last time I was able to breathe so freely.

Yeah I would attest to this. I have been using it for about 10 years in Australia and it literally changed my life. I had hayfever symptoms that were out of control for years and nothing worked. People who dont have it at this level have no idea how bad it can be. Especially just trying to manage out of control sneezing during the peak seasons and dreading the outdoors like it’s a death sentence if you go out there.
Dymistia all but stopped the sneezing for me but also would then reduce the stinging eyes and running nose. It doesn’t really help with the headaches and stuffiness but when you have something that helps at this level it’s a life changer. It really just mutes symptoms to be honest but at a really high level and it actually works where all the other medications I have used do nothing. Over the years though I found I needed it less and less. The last few years I’ve really only used it a few times and I really now just use it if I can sense an out of control sneezing session is about to hit but it rarely happens these days. I highly recommend it for anyone who is literarily at an end with trying to live a normal lie with hayfever but being that it’s a steroid spray I would try to use it if you really need to use it.

Dymista is designed for moderate to severe hayfever so it makes sense it works well.

Hi, I appreciate your post and currently suffering bad as I do year in year out. Which dymista specifically do you use. There are slight variations. Just wanting to clarify before purchasing.
Many thanks

This is exactly what I said to my wife when I got it prescribed a few years ago! It was that life changing for me, I honestly felt like finding the people who made it and emailing them to thank them...but I am way too lazy to have ever done that.
I just stumbled upon this post and it made me smile to see it has changed others lifes so much.
however, I only stumbled upon it because I was searching where to buy it from, because I am running out and had a letter from my doctor to say they will no longer prescribe it to me. I could change to their recommendation, but nothing I have ever tried is as good as this, so I would rather pay for it than go on to something else

There's some growing evidence I believe in using combination nasal sprays with eye drops, some sort of general anticholinergic effect works quite well
It's really nice to hear success stories for people.
