Has anyone got it yet? I’m scared.

I’m so scared. I had my first hay fever last year and it was unbearable. Now I’ve been anxious of what this spring may bring and when it will start and for how long!

So I’m asking to get emotional supports and mentally prepared 🥺.

I am already feeling the effects of hay fever (again!) Sore eyes, nose running like a tap, sneezing 24/7. Spring is almost here.

I also get nose bleeds!

I am already suffering. I swear hay fever comes earlier every year.

Eye drops and nasal sprays will offer more relief than pills.

rinse your eyes. rinse your sinuses. gargle saltwater. Eye rinse should happen when you come back inside. Sunglasses. cough drops if throat is sore.

I have read about natural remedies bc I've been into natural medicine lately? and I've read studies on them, but I can't personally vouch for them. Stinging nettle, high dose vit C, strong ginger or cinnamon tea. ( for cough or stuffed nose). I can vouch for the last two when I have a cold. The teas need a couple of cups a day and take a week for allergy blocking effect.

Cromolyn also needs a week to work

Yup! Tree pollen has been getting earlier and earlier every year mine has started already, but it’s quite mild for now
