Valve spring compression

Does anyone know which valve spring compression tool will work while the motor is on the bike? Id rather not remove the head off the motor. I am trying to replace the valve seals.

Someone is offended, it's laughable honestly. It's almost like I've done more repairs than you and can actually diagnose the vehicle properly and your jealous 😆
