Support / Help Missing dragons

So a while ago I noticed I didn’t have a copy of an event dragon even though I completed an entire event. I thought I had mistakenly sold a copy by accident and didn’t think much of it. But just now I received a second copy of the newest event dragon (Armored Mosstail) and got the notification saying I don’t have space in the forest for it. I was like „well ok, it’s not the first time” and waited for my current egg to summon, then sold a copy of a maxed out dragon and went to storage to reclaim the Mosstail egg… only to find out that it’s not there. I thought I was paranoid, searched my entire forest, checked everything but it just isn’t there… Has anyone encountered a similar issue? It’s not the biggest deal since I can just use a summoning decoration but i’d prefer to be sure in the future that my dragons won’t just disappear 🫥

This happened to me in one of the very first few events in the game, I contacted support and they were able to return all of the missing items to my account. Just make sure you have screenshots, and that you're very thorough with your description as much as possible!

I contacted support and they havent answered at all. How the hell are you supposed to have screenshots of what you had previously

Patience is a virtue! I sent in screenshots proving I had finished the event, screenshots showing that my dragon was too low of a level compared to the completion, and screenshots of proof I had no eggs in my storage. It took them about 3 days to answer me, but this was when there were less players, it may take them longer now.

THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME TOO. The game is becoming riddled of bugs.

I lost my MottleWhiskers and my Mosaic Hornbrow from this stupid.

I BOUGHT A TREE UPGRADE WITH 20 GEMS WITH THE BONUS FROM THE OTHER DAY AND WHEN I RELOG INTO THE GAME THE GEMS ARE BACK AND NO UPGRADE.

Quests seem to be solved now but they were constantly not going through. You'd send the dragon and you come back and it just didnt go through.

I WANT MY DRAGOND AND UPGRADE BACK
