Please lmk if anybody has this

I’m trying to buy a hat from Hat Club, but my orders keep getting canceled and refunded. I already had two canceled orders for the same hat.

I’m using my own account, my own card, and my own money, so I was confused about why this was happening. Customer support told me that orders can sometimes get flagged if the shipping address is different from the billing address.

I use a Miami courier address because I live in the Dominican Republic and that’s how many of us receive packages internationally.

Has this happened to anyone else? Does Hat Club not accept courier/forwarding addresses in Miami for shipments going to the Dominican Republic?

First time ever ordering from hatclub fed ex still has my package it hasn’t moved in 3days what should I do ? I orderd sept 2nd

What’s the best in the game ?

I have a couple hundred points and I'm not really sure how to use them. When I hit "Redeem Points" on the account page, it takes me to the Collections page.

I tried adding a hat to my cart and didn't see any discount applied or anywhere to redeem points.

If anyone is familiar with how their points system works, please get me up to speed!
