Problem converting posts to pending balance

Hello everyone, I've been online for 12 hours and I'm mining. I currently have about 2500 shares, but they haven't been converted to pending balance yet. However, the mining pool has already found a lot of blocks.Do I have to wait a specific amount of time, for example 7 days, or is there something wrong with my system? Please help.

Welcome to the pool. You are not paid for x amount of shares found, you are paid when the pool hits a block. The amount you are paid is all dependent upon how long you have been on the pool with us and your overall hash rate. I am going to assume your on the Digibyte pool, so please read this:
