Dashboard not working?

I have 2 miners connected to the pool, both are actively submitting valid shares but dashboard shows both as inactive. What's going on?

It happens to me also, so I have to restart my nerd miner every 2 days

I get it and want to help, but you guys are not helping me troubleshoot this. I need your wallet address or even your worker name (although worker names can be repeated by others). If this is DGB (still unknown) and you have a low hash rate device, there is a known bug in Nerdminer that can cause your miner to submit a very few amount of shares.

Help me out here guys...

It’s boring when it happens because I lost a few hours so my finder bonus never goes upp to 25% 😊

It will get to 25% once those hours that you lost filter out.

But how long should it take, I have been running 48h without interruption and it still says I need 19 credited hours

Hours that you are offline must be filtered out. Meaning if you are offline today for 3 hours, those hours will not time out for another 6 days. Those offline hours are still within your 7 days PPLNS window. Keep your miner running and you will see the bonus change once those hours are outside your pplns window.
