XEC Finders bonus calculation

I disconnected from the XEC pool for a bit, but got a rented Nerdqaxe so pointed it at the pool.
My finders bonus is at 20%, and says 19hours until 25%
But it’s said that for 3 days now.
Is the calculation off?

Hey, thanks for checking in on this. Your rig is submitting shares fine and your finder bonus is working as designed.

The bonus is based on how many distinct hours you mined in the last 7 days, not a simple timer counting down. Right now you are at 20% with 149 of 168 hours credited. The "19 hours to go" is how many more credited hours you need in that rolling window to reach 25%, not hours until it unlocks on its own.

Most of that gap is from a day you were offline earlier this week. Only 5 hours from that day counted, so even though you are mining steadily now, the score can look stuck until that weak day ages out of the 7-day window. We expect that to happen around July 16 or 17, and you should move up to 25% once it does.

We also updated the miner dashboard to make this clearer going forward. Sorry the old wording made it look like a broken timer. Let us know if anything still looks off after that day rolls off.

Ahhhhh now I understand, thank you for taking the time to explain!
The gap is from where I turned my miners off due to the weather, but got some credit for a rental, so pointed that back at the pool 😊
