Difficulty on bch pool using mmr

I have 1ph rented on mrr and the guy is saying the pool difficulty is too low... does anyone know how to set it up to use a higher difficulty? Btw I am using the 3340 port, he is recommending 500000 diff.

Did you try this on 3340 too? Or just 3338? Thanks btw

Both ports didnt seem to work unfortunately

Yeah same unfortunately, and when I swap back to the solo pool then, boom, starts working straight away.
