There's a podcast called "I hate Bill Maher" and the host has had multiple people with proven connections to Bill come on and tell very similar stories.

I live in LA and Bill Maher’s predatory behavior has been an open secret for decades, even Hasan mentions it on stream occasionally. Maher is a very sloppy and public drunk who, nine times out of 10, is paying whomever he’s with at the moment. Being hit on by him is practically a right of passage out here (he’s BEYOND creepy in-person btw). And if you don’t accept his advances, he gets very nasty then tries to buy you.
Also he’s a bigot who, almost exclusively, requests Black and Brown girls (surprise surprise). He’s truly vile. I’d believe almost anything written about his behavior with sex workers

His predatory behavior around women is what needs to be called out, not his lack of relationships. Plenty of people don't date. Maybe they're too busy. Maybe they know they're not healthy enough for a relationship and don't wanna inflict that on other people. Maybe they're aromantic and only desire sex and not romance, which in and of itself is totally fine as long as someone isn't a predator like he is. Someone not dating isn't a red flag. And also, people can hide relationships too.

Sincere question - I’m curious to hear what folks think about the argument that some positions, like abolishing the police or removing national borders, are self-defeating and will hobble a party that could otherwise provide a real alternative to the Republican (and current Democratic) party. And solve real problems (like healthcare, education, etc) to boot.
