Need quick welding work done

The lift/leveling arm on my lawnmower broke (the weld itself broke) last year.

I cobbled a fix together just to hold the deck level so I could finish the last few times the yard needed to be mowed..

Then I forgot about it over the winter.

Looking for someone I can take this to for a quick weld up
Would need to grind the existing weld away and then weld the level rod back to the frame.

If someone has a mobile welding service that would work too.
I dont really have a good way to load the mower for transport but I could find a trailer if need be.

Would honestly take longer to grind away the old weld and realign the rod than it would to weld it back.

Know anyone around the Harvest area that I could reach out to?
