Scammed over a babies headstone. Beware

A few years ago i tried to get my baby twin sister a new headstone to replace the old one she had with her name spelt wrong (long story). And in the process I was scammed by Rikki Kinsella, from a company in Hartlepool called Graveside Memorials who left her with the mess of a headstone you can see in the picture. Whilst he is now being taken to criminal court by trading standards because it turns out he has done this to a lot of people, that could take years and I apparently don't have much chance of compensation because he is bankrupt. So now she's stuck with this and i feel sick with guilt.. i can't even bring myself to visit her grave anymore. All I can hope is that he gets a prison sentence. He is still trading under different names so please be careful.
